Hybrid Exits: Exiting Employees in the Hybrid Workplace

In the third and final instalment of our employment 'life cycle' webinar series, we explore the challenges faced by employers as they navigate the exiting of employees from the hybrid workplace – whether that be by resignation or dismissal.

Throughout our webinar series we have guided you through the employment ‘life cycle’ with a focus on the challenges faced by employers in the hybrid workplace.

Now, in the third and final instalment of our employment 'life cycle' webinar series, please join our Managing Director and Principal, Athena Koelmeyer as she explores the challenges faced by employers as they navigate the exiting of employees from the hybrid workplace – whether that be by resignation or dismissal.

  • Best practice principles when dealing with the resignation or dismissal of an employee.
  • How to ensure that the show cause process is dealt with in a procedurally fair manner.
