On 8 August 2012 Workplace Law hosted a Seminar on the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney. The popularity of the event was evident by the capacity crowd who attended on a chilly winter’s morning.

All of our clients and guests enjoyed a wonderful “winter warmer” breakfast while listening to respected barrister, David Saul, give an entertaining and informative speech on the recent changes to the legislation and what it will mean for employers, insurers, and lawyers.

We were also fortunate to have Sian Leathem, Registrar of the NSW Workers Compensation Commission, grant our clients and guests a rare insight into the inner workings of the NSW Workers Compensation Commission.

We thank David and Sian for generously giving their time and we thank all of our clients and guests for attending.
