 Workplace Law is a boutique law firm, specialising in employment, industrial and workplace relations law as well as occupational health and safety and workers' compensation. Our clients are large and medium sized employers.
We are a partner with our clients in the management of their workplace relations. Not only do we work with them to achieve integrated strategy objectives and manage legal issues, but we also undertake this process by working actively with them and their other professional advisors as part of a team.
At Workplace Law, we actively promote prevention as being best practice. Consistent with this approach we provide a wide range of services from advice to in-house training for our clients and their employees. We provide training on a variety of employment and industrial related topics including occupational health and safety, managing a disciplinary process and discrimination issues.
Workplace Law is committed to "putting something back" into our community. Currently we give 2.5% of our net quarterly earnings to The Spastic Centre of NSW and also sponsor The Spastic Centre's outreach program in Timor Leste by contributing to the salaries of three trainees. We are also an active member of Austcare. |
