Clare Kerley has been employed at Workplace Law since October 2010  and is admitted as a Solicitor. While studying Clare has gained extensive experience in the television industry.

Qualifications:

  • BA Communications (Journalism)/ B Laws (Double Degree), University of Technology, Sydney.

Relevant Experience:

While studying Clare has gained extensive experience in the television industry. With her double degree in Journalism and Law Clare has also spent time overseas with Metro TV in Jakarta.

Clare works with the rest of the Workplace Law team in all areas of workplace relations.

With her background in journalism Clare is skilled at conducting sensitive workplace investigations.

Clare has a particular interest in advising insurers and employers on liability issues in the area of workers compensation.

In 2012 Clare was elected Vice Chair of the NSW Young Lawyers’ Employment and Industrial Law Committee. The Committee undertakes a number of diverse activities including discussing legislative changes, raising public awareness and promoting improvements to current legislation, fundraising for charitable causes and organising a number of professional networking opportunities and training programs.
